DELAWARE- The $1.6 billion defamation case Dominion Voting Systems filed against Fox News and Fox Corp. will proceed to trial in April, a Delaware Superior Court judge decided on Friday afternoon.
Judge Eric Davis left the outcome of the defamation suit to a jury, but in a major setback for Fox News, he ruled that the network’s claims about 2020 election fraud utilizing Dominion voting machines were patently false.
