Former national security adviser and Trump associate Michael Flynn has failed his attempts to avoid a subpoena to testify in Trump’s criminal probe.

(FWD) – Former national security adviser and Trump associate Michael Flynn must testify the Fulton County special grand jury investigating Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election, an appeal court ruled Tuesday.
Flynn had previously attempted to have the subpoena quashed to avoid having to testify.

“I am going to make a finding that the witness is indeed material and necessary in the special grand jury proceeding in the state of Georgia,” said Judge Charles Roberts of the 12th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida.
The news comes after Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) was made to testify last month.
