The January 6 Committee has referred four House GOP members including GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy and Jim Jordan to the House Ethics Committee for failing to cooperate with the probe.
Jan 6 Committee also refers to House Ethics Committee for failure to comply with congressional subpoenas:
1) House GOP Leader McCarthy
2) Rep Jim Jordan
3) Rep Scott Perry
